How to Backup Important Data to CD/DVD

This DVD backup tutorial will show you how to backup important data to CD/DVD using Handy Backup software, the easiest backup software for windows.

To backup files/folders data to DVD, you need a DVD drive. Handy Backup supports all types of DVD burning drives. Now, click the first button on top tool bar and a task wizard will show up. Or, just click Ctrl + N (holding Control Keep and Press N letter). You just need to follow easy steps to backup data to CD/DVD.

Data to DVD Step 1: Choose Task Type.

In the first step of the New Task Wizard you need to select Backup Task.

Data to DVD Step 2: What to Backup.

Click Add to open the shortcut menu, then select item from the list of available for backup. These items are the presets designed to back up data and settings of different popular applications, including ICQ Files, Registry, Favorites, Desktop, My Documents, Microsoft Outlook Files, Outlook Express Files, Database, Disk Image, Email Messages and MS Exchange. Differential backup: Back up only parts of files that have changed since the very first Full backup.

You can choose between six destinations:

• Backup to Local Disk/External HDD/USB Disk/Flash/Lan
• Backup to FTP
• Backup to SFTP

Picasa Searching & Locating - Filter, KW, Color, Sort

Filtering Starred, Uploads, Faces, Movies, Geotag

By one click, you narrow photo searches and quick find picasa photo you want. You could then simply right click for more commands and double click to edit, including Fixes, Tuning and Effects.

Quick Search for Target Photos

The search box will search filenames, captions, tags, folder names, and other metadata. Note that all photos included in the search results will be temporarily grouped together in an album, accessible in the Search results list under the Albums collection. Google also improved Picasa's tagging experience. Now a Tags panel is provided, with one click, you apply tags to selected photos. The tagged photo could be located easily by searching applied name in the Picasa search box.

Apply Star Icon

You can star your favorite photos so that you can find them when you want. To do so, highlight photos in an album, folder, or project, and click Star icon at the bottom. If you are browsing photos with star rated, click star filter on top, you show starred photos only.
