How to Backup Important Data to CD/DVD

This DVD backup tutorial will show you how to backup important data to CD/DVD using Handy Backup software, the easiest backup software for windows.

To backup files/folders data to DVD, you need a DVD drive. Handy Backup supports all types of DVD burning drives. Now, click the first button on top tool bar and a task wizard will show up. Data to DVD Step 1: Choose Task Type.

In the first step of the New Task Wizard you need to select Backup Task.

Data to DVD Step 3: Select Backup Type.

You could decide what type files will be backup again.
Full backup: Back up all selected files each time the task is executed.
Incremental backup: Back up only those files that have changed since the last task execution.
Differential backup: Back up only parts of files that have changed since the very first Full backup.

Data to DVD Step 4: Select Destination.

You can choose between six destinations:

• Backup to Local Disk/External HDD/USB Disk/Flash/Lan
• Backup to FTP
• Backup to SFTP
• Backup to CD-R/CD-RW
• Backup to Blu-Ray/HD-DVD/DVD
